Customer is responsible for selecting a carrier (e.g. Canada Post) for return shipping and for procuring insurance on return shipping. To notify Comic Book Corner about any per package or per day value limitations required under your insurance policy, please email infor@comicbookcorner.ca

If Customer does not select a carrier, collectibles will be returned via carrier of our choice.

For domestic Canadian return shipments via our carrier of choice, Comic Book Corner will use our preferred carrier and purchase insurance on Customer’s behalf based on Customer’s declared values, up to $100,000 per package.

Each tier or service is returned separately in order to return each group as quickly as possible upon completion. Your return shipping address cannot be changed or rerouted after a submission has shipped from Comic Book Corner. Additional fees may apply for extended or remote service areas, heavier packages, added items, customs duties, returned or undelivered packages, etc. Customer is responsible for any shipping or customs charges incurred by Comic Book Corner in shipping their collectibles.
